Imagenus P.E.T. Scan

In 2010, Grupo Imagenus implemented PET (Positron Emission Tomography) technology into their services. This advancement became the conceptual leitmotif for the reception area design, where the central element is an abstract representation of the PET equipment, strategically placed in the dark section of the space to maximize its prominence and sense of depth.

The metallic spheres conceptualize the atoms or positrons that sustain the scanning process. The seating layout was planned like bleachers, optimizing the view and contemplation of the architectural space and its central elements. The PET room has a Barrisol ceiling with adjustable color tones.
