Pent House Lomas de Santa Fe

This 2015 penthouse was a study in balancing dimensions, materiality, and thermal sensations. The design integrated the client's passion for observation and nature: a telescope was articulated as a focal point, complemented by a large-scale landscape inspired by the iconic work of Dr. Atl.

The core technical solution was the installation of a hydronic radiant floor heating system beneath the marble, ensuring continuous thermal comfort while preserving the stone's luxury aesthetic. Visual balance was achieved by contrasting the marble's coolness with warm woods and sophisticated tapestries.
